• Ensure all submitted content (e.g. logos, text, brand assets) is owned by you or licensed for use

4. Intellectual Property

• All final approved design files are yours to use commercially.

• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service if:

• There is abuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these terms

• There is failure to pay or unauthorized use of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Division is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
